Januaryblue.net became active on 04/30/2008 and was purchased with the hosting package from Webserve, a wonderful hosting company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. There has been very little problems with thus far, and usually only server-side issues. They allow pricing in both Canadian and American dollars, and you can use Paypal as a payment method, so you don't need a credit card.
The name for the domain comes from the birth month (January) and favourite colour (blue) of the webmaster. The .net extension was chosen since the domain was meant to be a collective (or network) of smaller websites.
